Maintaining the Computer Lab for Computer Training Programme.

Co-ordinating English Language courses for Officers.

Maintaining a Human Resource Development Library.

Setting up of a Management information system for monitoring the Training Programmes and Management Development process. |

MDTD has opened a PUBLICATIONS SALES BUREAU at its HRD Library, Dockyard Road, Trincomalee recently where all relevant Government Publications of Government Printers, Government Publications Unit, Official Languages Department & Sri Lanka Institute of Local Government have been obtained and are made available for sale for the benefit of public officers in the Eastern Province.
