Induction Training to Newly Appointed Management Assistants

Induction training to 30 newly Management Assistants is being conducted at MDTD Learning Centre, Trincomalee. This is the first batch training programme in a series of Induction Trainings for the newly recruited Management Assistants.

The Programme was inaugurated by the Director-MDTD on 16^th January 2008. It ends on 20^th January 2008. The programme includes Constitution of Sri Lanka, Qualities and skills of Public Officer, Governance, Basic Accounts, Basic Planning, basic Administration, Team Work, Leadership and Motivation.
