To construct of Road and Bridges, Rehabilitation and guide on maintenance.

To construct of Buildings, Rehabilitation and guide on maintenance.

To construct of Irrigation Tanks, Rehabilitation and guide on maintenance.

| 4. |
To assist the institutions and the public to provide the basic housing facilities and provision to the housing construction.

| 5. |
To work together with the people in rural areas and the related institutions to provide rural electrification.

| 6. |
To provide water supply with the coordination of the National Water Supply & Drainage Board and Government sectors for the people and the institutions in the relevant areas.

| 7. |
To coordinate, give an advice and guide on Financial and Administrative activities for Road Development, Irrigation and Buildings Departments, which are coming under our Ministry.
