The Governor’s Secretariat from its inception to-date is being housed in the former District Minister’s Quarters Orr’s Hill, Lower Road, Trincomalee and with a Sub-Office in Colombo, functioning at the following addresses:

Pannipitiya Road,

Thalangama South,

Battaramulla.
