To build a safety future for orphans, destitute and deserted children and also build an environment to safe the generation of the province and take them forward to honour the human values.

To provide safety, production and development to the children who are victimised orphans, helpless, deserted, abused, poor and affected by disaster.

To receive complaints regarding child abuse and take action.

To avoid separation of children from their families owing to poverty and other problems.

To rehabilitate and socialise the children entrusted by the court.

To admit the children on a court order to safety homes and provide facilities.

To provide accommodation and safety to the children who are orphans, helpless and abused.

To determine the registration, supervision and standard of the volunteer’s children homes, serving for the welfare of the children.

To take action to socialise the institutionalise children with their parents or families for their welfare.

To provide assistance to the registered volunteer children’s homes for proper maintenance.

To register Day Care Centres and provide supervision, financial assistance etc.

To offer orphans and deserted children for adoption

To hold seminars and workshops to avoid child abuse.

To provide necessary facilities and re-admission for dropout children.

To create awareness among the public to safe guard the children rights and child abuse.

To provide advisory means to settle family disputes.

To issue the fit person order for orphan, helpless and deserted children.
