Review on 2nd year programme and
discussion on 3rd year programme were completed. Baseline survey to
set effective and operation indicators for project implementation has been
completed. Necessary data have been collected for further investigation and
problem analysis on CBOs, rural infrastructure, agriculture and marketing in
the model villages. Necessary training programmes and study tours for capacity
development on CBOs were conducted. Training programme and field demonstration
on agriculture and livestock were continuing. Capacity development of CBOs on
management of socio-economic activities was continuing. Veterinary Surgeon
Office in Morawewa has been completed. Agro wells in Paniketiyawa completed.
Community Centres in Mullipotanai and Paniketiyawa were completed. Causeway in
Nochchikulam was completed.
