The Batticaloa District Farmers' Agriculture awards ceremony Organized by Department of Agriculture, Eastern Provincial Council was held at the Agricultural Agrarian Training Services Center on Monday .It was chaired by the Hon. Governor, Eastern Province.

Opening Ceremony of first carpentry showroom under the purview of Department of Rural Industries, EPC was held on 17-02-2022 in Trincomalee.

Hon. Anuradha Yahampath, The Governor of Eastern Province graced this occasion as a Chief Guest and officially opened the showroom at Uppuveli Junction, Trincomalee with the participation of the Chief Secretary – EPC, Provincial Secretaries, Deputy Chief Secretaries, and HODs.

Mr. Thusitha P. Wanigasinghe,  has assumed duties as the new Chief Secretary of the Eastern Provincial Council at the premises of the Chief Secretary’s Office in Trincomalee on Tuesday , 08-02-2022 in the presence of Secretaries and Heads of the Departments of Eastern Provincial Council.

නැගෙනහිර පළාත් සභාව යටතේ පවතින අමාත්‍යාංශ සහ ආයතන කිහිපයක් සඳහා නව ලේකම්වරුන් පත්කිරීමට නැගෙනහිර පලාත් ගරු ආණ්ඩුකාර අනුරාධා යහම්පත් මහත්මිය කටයුතු කලාය.ඒ අනුව පලාත් ප්‍රධාන අමාත්‍යාංශයේ නව ලේකම්වරිය ලෙස කලාමදී පත්මරාජා මහත්මිය පත් කලාය.
