கிழக்கு மாகாணத்தில் வினைத்திறனுடன் இயங்கி வருகின்ற கலை மன்றங்கள் பண்பாட்டலுவல்கள் திணைக்களத்தினால் பதிவு செய்யப்படுவதுடன் அவற்றுக்குரிய சான்றிதழ்களும் வழங்கப்பட்டு வருகின்றமை குறிப்பிடத்தக்கது.
