The first oxygen production plant in the Batticaloa district has been declared opened to meet the oxygen demand in hospitals in the Batticaloa District.
The oxygen production facility was set up at the Kaluwanchikudi Base Hospital in Batticaloa and opened on 18th December 2021.
The Provincial Director and Regional Directors of Health Services in Eastern Province have taken following decisions in view of patient care.
