Ceragem Lanka (Pvt) Ltd and the Korean Acupuncture Department of Borella Ayurveda Teaching Hospital have been providing explanatory training & instruments to provincial Department of indigenous medicine in the Eastern province. In order to implement the project and improve acupuncture treatment methods in the Eastern Province.

The 1^st Eastern Provincial unregistered Traditional Doctor’s interview was held on 13^th, 14th & 15^th September 2022 at Batticaloa & Akkaraipattu. The Ayurveda Medical Council Colombo was conducted this interview with the contribution of Dr. Mrs. R. Srithar, Provincial Commissioner of Indigenous Medicine, Eastern Province and Ayurveda Medical Officer, Eastern Province.
