Opening ceremony of the liquid milk sales outlet established at Samapura, Ampara was held on 16th November 2021. Mr. D.M.L. Bandaranayake, former GA in Ampara, Mrs. P. Kalamathy, Secretery, Ministry of Agriculture, Dr. M.A.M. Fazi, Provincial Director, Dept. of Animal Production & Health, Eastern province, Dr. M.A. Nadheer, Deputy Director, Ampara were the distinguished guests for the event. Mr. G.R. Sumith Kumarasiri was the beneficiary of this project. In addition to fresh milk, value added products like yoghurt, curd, ice-cream are also sold at this outlet. This project was funded by the line ministry.
