First & Second Provincial Audit Management Committee Meeting held for the year 2020
The 1st & 2nd Provincial Audit Management Committee Meeting (PAMC) of EPC for the year 2020 was chaired by the Chief Secretary Mr.Thusitha P.Wanigasinghe on 27th July 2020 at 2.30 pm with the percipients of All Secretaries, Deputy Chief Secretaries, Relevant Heads of Department and Chief Accountants.
The Chief Secretary welcomed the Officers and briefed the purpose and important of the meeting.
Highlighted of the Audit Report of the Provincial Council for the Year 2019 was discussed
EPC launched Software for Asset Management and Revenue Information Management
Two web-based software systems namely, Asset Management System (AMS) and Revenue Information Management System (RIMS) were officially launched by the Chief Secretary, EPC on 24th January 2018.
The Chief Secretary presiding the function said that AMS will help provincial agencies in minimizing cost of acquiring the assets with limited resources. In addition, it will also help in operating, maintaining, disposing and renewing the non-financial assets.
