Awarding ceremony for the Organic Home Garden Training programme was held on 04th of October 2022 at Sampaltheevu with the participation of Secretary-Ministry of Agriculture, Provincial Director of Agriculture (EP), Deputy Director of Agriculture (Ext), Department of Agriculture Staffs and Farmers.
This Organic home garden training was planned to implement on 6th of March 2021 as a 06 month course, at Sampaltheevu range with 60 farmers under PSDG programme.
The aim of this training programme is to achieve organic home garden and control the pest and weeds for organic method.
